Karin offers a complimentary 15 -30 minute zoom consultation, before any sessions are booked, to discuss your needs and to ascertain if she is the best person for you to see. She may also recommend another course of action or suggest and onward referral.


All sessions are 60-75 minutes and charged at £70

Karin provides sessions through the following mediums:

·      Face-to-face in person sessions

Introduction

Karin is a Creative Arts Psychotherapist registered with The British Association for Dramatherapists and the Health and Care Professions Council. Karin is also a registered Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner accredited and registered with EFTi.  She also has a BA in Theatre Arts and Social Psychology.

Karin works with children (from 3 years of age), adolescents and parents/caregivers and has over fifteen years’ experience working with various client groups and organisations both locally and internationally.

She offers a unique approach, integrating Creative Arts Therapy, mindfulness practices, body-based techniques and the Emotional Freedom Technique in her sessions. She always tailors her approach to meet client’s individual needs.

She strongly believes in the connection between mind, body and spirit and is continuously developing personally and professionally using a holistic approach.She believes her role as a therapist is to create a supportive, safe, encouraging and nourishing relationship and creative space that allows the client to recognise their own ability to heal and grow.

Karin provides various services including:

  • Individual Integrative Therapy sessions for children and adolescents (age 3-18) 

  • Individual Integrative Therapy sessions for parents/caregivers

  • Individual Emotional Freedom Technique sessions for parents/caregivers

  • Small group sessions for children
